TERMS / LICENSE / REFUND POLICY
Simple terms for source-code templates, complete app products, and custom app requests. Review the license before buying so you know exactly what is included.
All templates and complete app products sold by Emerald Arrow Productions are digital source-code products. No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, you receive downloadable project files that can be used as a starting point for your own iOS app, client project, or commercial app.
You may use the purchased template or complete app source code to build, customize, publish, or monetize your own iOS application. You may modify the code, UI, colors, app name, branding, content, and assets for personal or commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, give away, or repackage the original source-code files as a competing template, marketplace product, bundle, or downloadable source-code product.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once the digital files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Please review the product description, screenshots, features, requirements, and compatibility notes carefully before purchasing.
Custom app requests are reviewed individually. Pricing, delivery time, project scope, revisions, and final requirements are agreed before development begins. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
Templates are provided as development starting points. Complete app products are more complete app structures, but they still require your own branding, testing, setup, and configuration before release. Products are not guaranteed App Store-ready final releases without replacing sample content, API keys, branding, bundle identifiers, and configuration files.
HOW CUSTOM WORK STARTS
Use the request form to explain what you want. We review the idea, estimate the scope, discuss the price, and then you decide if you want to move forward with the custom app.
Write what the app should do, who it is for, the main screens, and any example apps you like.
We review the scope and reply with what is realistic, what it may cost, and what can be included.
After the scope is clear, the project can move forward as a one-time custom app build.
